Livingston Leandy Inc. is a leading South African law firm situated in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal which traces its history back more than a hundred years. In that time our practice has developed, representing corporate clients and individual persons from all walks of life. At present our firm has a total complement of more than 80 people including 16 attorneys. The firm offers a wide spectrum of legal services, and has considerable experience in the agricultural sector, most notably in relation to the sugar industry. In the process it has built up a high level of skill in relation to commercial transactions and company work, dealing with labour and work-force issues. We also specialises in property sales, subdivisions & developments (including land claims), court-work, litigation and wills & estate planning.
